• Santa Snowflake in-home visits start at $150
• Business/corporate visits start at $150

• Events the week before Christmas are $250/hour

• Christmas Eve Visits are $500/hour

• Personalized snowflakes are available @ $5/child
• Santa snowflake party is an additional $75 (for up to 10 children)

Fee includes mileage within a 30 mile radius of Westerville, OH.  Events beyond that range will require an additional charge.

Once visit is received and the date and time are verified as available, Santa will email or phone to confirm the visit.   When the visit has been confirmed, the Host agrees to pay a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the fee within a week of the confirmation to secure the date and time.

The remaining 50% is due at the event prior to the appearance.  Payment can be by cash, check, or Venmo.
